      Review the total amount and complete your payment.
    1. Order Confirmation
      A confirmation page will appear, and you will receive an automatic email notification.
    1. Shipping
      Once confirmed, your order will be processed and shipped. You can track the delivery status via email or your account.

    International Delivery

    1. Weight and Shipping Cost Assessment
      Shipping fees are calculated based on the weight, parcel dimensions, and destination country, in accordance with the standard rates provided by the shipping carriers.
    2. Additional Charges
       Buyers are responsible for all shipping fees and any applicable import duties or taxes imposed by the destination country, in addition to the product price.
    3. Processing and Delivery Time
      The coordination and cost assessment process requires approximately 7–15 business days. The delivery timeframe to the destination country depends on the selected shipping service, international distance, and each country’s customs procedures.

    We provide domestic and international shipping services. Shipping fees are calculated based on the parcel’s weight, dimensions, and destination. Delivery timeframes vary depending on the destination and the chosen shipping service. For international shipments, buyers are responsible for any applicable import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by the destination country.

    1. Return & Refund Policy

    To ensure fairness and transparency in the purchasing process:
     We do not accept returns or exchanges based on personal dissatisfaction, such as minor variations in product color or appearance.

    Returns or exchanges may only be requested if the product is defective due to manufacturing issues or if an incorrect item was received. For claims, please notify us within 7 days of receiving the product and provide supporting evidence, such as an unboxing video, product photos, and the purchase receipt. Refunds will be processed within 7–15 business days after the returned product has been inspected and approved.
